When I heard I will be having opportunity to work in Tokyo, our Global Mobility team tap RPG to assist me in searching affordable yet comfortable housing/apartment near the office.

Tatsuo Kawate san was assigned to me. From the very beginning he accommodates all my queries, he even gave time to call me when I am still in the Philippines to ensure he relays information I need regarding the apartment searching.

When I arrived in Tokyo and finally met him, I felt safe and secure. Kawate-san is very well-mannered individual. He explains very well about the procedure and timing process. He even presented to me several options, ask me about my preferences. He even suggested all possible properties I would consider.

During our apartment site visit, he explains every details of the house.

Finally, I found a place I will call my home during my stay here in Tokyo.

As of now we are waiting for the GO signal so Kawate-san’s team can start the contracting process and secure everything I need before my relocation to my new apartment.

KUDOS to you Kawate-san!!! Keep up the good work in helping not only Japanese but also Foreigner,like me, who is looking for a house that we can consider our second home away from our home.
